The planned AT.iT package
One connected package.
From tender to handover.
The planned package brings together drawing measurement and review, pricing, project control, site records and variation evidence. It is designed for estimators, site teams, project managers, document controllers, commercial teams and business owners. AT.iT remains pre-launch; the areas below describe the package we are developing.
01 /AI drawing measurement
Measure steelwork from drawings and prepare structured quantities for review: sections, plates, stairs, handrails and associated work. Keep the source drawing, revision and assumptions connected to the take-off.
Planned output: A drawing-linked quantity schedule and take-off for estimator review.
02 /AI drawing reviews & gap analysis
Review drawings, specifications and tender information together. Identify missing details, conflicting requirements and unanswered questions, then prepare findings and RFIs for the responsible person to check.
Planned output: A review report, gap register and draft RFIs.
03 /Live regional benchmark pricing
Our development ambition is live regional benchmark pricing alongside company rates, supplier quotations and project conditions. Keep the pricing source, location and date visible so an estimator can judge the basis of a price.
Planned output: A pricing comparison with the source, date, region and assumptions visible.
04 /The quotation as a working baseline
Carry agreed quantities, scope, assumptions, exclusions and responsibilities into delivery. Compare the current project position with what was priced, so emerging changes and commercial exposure can be reviewed early.
Planned output: An agreed scope record and a register of changes against it.
05 /Site teams. Activities. A documented record.
Track site teams, tasks, progress, instructions and changes. Our aim is to document every project activity with clear ownership and a dated history, connecting the work on site to the programme and commercial record.
Planned output: Dated activity records, team responsibilities and progress updates.
06 /Upload evidence. Explain the variation.
Capture photos, documents, scans and emails against the relevant activity, instruction or variation. Bring the supporting records together to explain what changed, when it happened and its effect on labour, plant, cost and programme.
Planned output: A variation record with linked evidence and a clear account of the change.
07 /Control from tender to handover
Connect RFIs, design reviews, procurement, supplier POs, HSEQ records, inspections, valuations and handover documents. Keep approved information distinct from working drafts and superseded revisions, with authorised review before issue.
Planned output: Controlled project records, procurement drafts, handover index and close-out pack.
08 /Extremely simple onboarding
A clear starting point, familiar project information and guided setup. We are designing onboarding so a contractor can begin with a project, upload its documents and build a usable working record without a complicated implementation.
Planned output: A guided project setup and organised document starting point.
